Proton CE 231FLS Graphic Equalizer

Audio Feedback (also known as the Larsen Effect after the Danish scientist, Søren Larson) occurs when a sound loop exists between an audio input such as a microphone and the audio output it is connected too (eg. speakers). A vocal or instrument tone being picked up by the microphone in use is channeled out through the speaker system and back into the microphone forming a continuous loop. Most audio feedback results in a high-pitched squealing noise familiar to those who have listened to bands at house parties, and other locations where the sound setup is less than ideal. To counter this phenomenon, sound engineers usually distance live performing artists from the main PA system but those touring between various venues often find it hard to rely on a perfect placement solution. Narain Pro Audio Pvt. Ltd. may just have the perfect solution; the Proton CE 231FLS Stereo 31 + 31 band Graphic Equalizer with an inbuilt Feedback Locating System. The FLS indicating LEDs above each of the 62 sliders light up when the corresponding frequency is causing the feedback. Thus a quick and immediate reduction of that frequency and on with the show! Best of all…is its affordability.
