Great Fusion of Impeccable Audio at Global Fusion Resto Bar, Mumbai

Offering over a whopping hundred starters, coupled with an all-you-can-eat buffet system at a very affordable price, Global Fusion Resto Bar in Bandra is the new hot spot hangout in Mumbai. Typically themed as an Asian/South East Asian specialty, the resto is spread across over 8000 sq.feet of space, and has earned a reputation of being one of the most popular joints for sea-food delicacies, even though it offers a variety of other veg and non-veg dishes.
The most striking aspect about the venue is its layout and interior design. The first thing that anyone would notice is the cavernous space that instantly opens up to you, with high roofs, an art deco Chinese pavilion, running water channels and multiple sections that add an added element of comfort, space and relaxation. An added attraction is Red Ant Lounge with it’s Eye Catching ‘Round Bar’.
A chat with some of the regulars and the management reveals that the bar area is one of the most heavily populated spaces at Global Fusion, mainly because of the innovative urbane alcoholic concoctions it serves, and the attuned music that it plays. Plus, another great feature is that the decibel levels are set just right; loud enough for patrons seated at the bar area to enjoy the tunes, yet ensuring that there’s no audio spillage into other sections of the restaurant.
The restaurant management gave the responsibility of integrating the perfect audio setup to Narain Pro Audio & Lighting of Mumbai. After surveying the acoustical dynamics of the site, Narain’s integration team decided to deploy a setup which comprised two pairs of TCX12 passive two way loudspeakers and a pair of TCX18B bandpass subwoofers from Turbosound along with an MX300 3 Channel DJ Mixer from Phonic. The entire setup is powered using a pair of MT series power amplifiers from NX Audio.
Says Anil Shalunkhe of Narain, “We’ve worked with the China Gate group on a few projects earlier, so there’s a great level of understanding between us. We knew exactly what they needed at Global Fusion, and we were more than happy to provide our expertise for this project as well. However, keeping in mind that the equipment deployed for this project has the capacity to be driven at greater levels, we had to ensure that we fine tuned it perfectly to ensure that the Sound quality is maintained to the perfect decibel levels and most important with Audible Distortion. It’s been a great pleasure for us to have been a part of this project.”
